This will be a site dedicated to the most commonly searched for people on the net through google, yahoo and altavista.

a script will reap the 20 most commonly searched terms from each major search engine, maybe once a day, and build a common list of the highest rated people.
This could include nelly, christina aguilera, brittany spears, sean connery, and whoever else is popular.
each person would get a page in a db, and that page would have enough facts to build out three pages or sections - a who are they page with personal quick facts (data of birth, place of birth, etc), a gallery of pictures, and a "why are they famous" page. Once they are in the db, they could then easily rotate in and out of the top ten list without having to recreate the info (it would already have been found). most of the people on the list are there for a while, like nelly, and just move up or down a little bit while he releases a new single or shoots somebody.
I think it would be easy to even list each of the three search engines and what their ranking was with each, and then what their combined overall ranking would be (#2, #5, #3 would come before #6, #1, and #4).
I think we'll end up with between 20 and 40 people permanently in the db, and they would rotate through depending on the news.
