This site will be dealing with and comparing internation styles of cooking.

Included would be italian, japanese, chinese, french, spanish, mexican, et al.
Each style of cooking could have a brief summary of the country, a description of the style of food and cooking, a list of common foods or primary foods in the style, what makes this style unique or different, and a recipe or two representative of the style.
Walking away, a person should get an idea what french cooking is and how it's different from italian cooking.
